How we use your details

When you apply to partner with domestic.tours, you give our team the information needed to review your business and discuss a B2B partnership.

What the application saves

• Your business details, description, contacts and uploaded photos.
• The business location you choose, and GPS accuracy if you use location capture.
• The time you submit and confirm your authorization and consent.

Who can see your application

Applications and photos are available to authorized administrators. They are not published on domestic.tours when you submit. Our team may export an approved application to prepare a listing after partnership arrangements.

Location and maps

GPS is used only when you press “Use my location” and allow browser access. We save the point you submit; we do not collect ongoing movement. The map loads tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives your network address and the map areas you view. You can enter coordinates manually instead.

Contact and corrections

Our team may contact the people named in your application to review the business and send a proposal. To request a correction or removal, contact domestic.tours through the contact channels on the main website and include your application reference.

Application records

We retain application information while reviewing and managing the proposed partnership. Access is restricted to the merchant review team. You can ask the team to remove an application you no longer wish to pursue.
